How many procedures are needed and what is the recovery like?

Recommended Course
Mesotherapy is usually performed as a course – this is how the result gradually accumulates and becomes as stable and long-lasting as possible. The exact number of procedures and optimal intervals between sessions are determined individually by the cosmetologist after a detailed consultation and examination.
Typically, a course consists of 3-7 procedures with an interval of 7-14 days. Many patients notice an improvement in skin condition after the first session, but the most pronounced effect develops by the end of the course.

Rehabilitation Period
One of the main advantages of mesotherapy is minimal recovery. Most often, only minor redness or pinpoint marks from injections are possible immediately on the day of the procedure, which disappear within a few hours.
After each procedure, the doctor always gives detailed recommendations for home care and temporary restrictions: visiting saunas and steam baths, intensive sports training, solarium, and sunbathing are excluded for a short period (usually 3-7 days).
